HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS TO BOOK OR HIRE A WEDDING DJ?
Wedding DJ’s for hire in the UK will typically charge between £200 – £600.
How Much Does a Wedding DJ Costs will depend on a number of factors. Research data has shown that the average cost for a professional wedding DJ in the UK is £400.
Can you set up early DJ Boombastic?
Oh yes... If possible, we can set up the equipment before your wedding guests arrive. This takes away the worry and stress of possible noise and interruption and gives you the reassurance that we are here, all is prepared, ready to go for the evening.
Do you just do weddings entertainment?
No, we can cover pretty much any party event, as I have worked at hundreds of different functions before specialising in weddings, which is why our service is so varied.
How do I book and do we pay a deposit DJ Boombastic?
Once we know your exact requirements, we will provide you with a quote. A £50.00 deposit will be required to reserve your date, once this has been received your booking is then confirmed in writing.
When is the balance due?
The balance can be paid any time really, but typically one month before your wedding.
Can we meet you prior to our big event DJ Boombastic?
Yes of course although It is not necessary but it is recommended. A pre-wedding consultation is a great opportunity for us both to meet, it gives us the chance to discuss your requirements and ideas that you may have for your big day.
What music do you play? Can I provide a playlist DJ Boombastic
Yes of course, we can play any music that you require. Our database of many thousands of songs means we have the most popular requested tracks, however should we not have your favourite we can source 99% of all music using our online suppliers. And yes we do accommodate requests at your event as well.
Do you have insurance and is your kit PAT tested and certified DJ Boombastic?
Yes, we have full Public & Employers Liability Insurance and all our equipment are PAT tested for your piece of mind and safety. A copy of both certificates is available on request. Most venues will ask to see them.
You do lighting; is it included as standard?
Dance floor lighting is included as standard. This is typically about 6 modern effects lights that are on control and will shine on the dance floor area and beyond. These are on DMX control so will be static or move to the music to suit the song being played.
We are scared of getting a cheesy DJ, can you help?
We promise not to play loads of tacky dance move tracks (such as Agadoo, Oops Upside Your Head, Macarena etc!) and can cater for any music genre. Microphone announcements are left to minimum.
How long does it take you to set up?
Depending on the DJ and venue, typically between 50-60 minutes depending on the package you have opted for. All day Packages requires early set up.
How much space do you require?
Approximately about 3 metres by 1 metre. We require 2 plug sockets capable of powering up to 2kw of power, with no fluctuations. All performance areas must be 100% weather proof.
